The red-brown earth over red clay which dominates their vineyard soils enables Tammy & Stuart to concentrate the fruit on the vine, resulting in intense, distinctive and expressive wines of the western Barossa. Firm believers in the old world concept of growing only those varieties which flourish on the site they are planted, Schutz Barossa specialises in the traditional Barossa varieties of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
